A 27-year-old West Milford man was killed in a fatal drunk-driving crash early this morning, police said. Jay DeRaffele, the passenger in a black 1998 Volkswagen, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision in the area of 760 East Shore Road, said West Milford police Lt. Timothy Storbeck.
